There are Siloxycoat formulations to protect and enhance paint finishes, polished aluminium and plastics
Siloxycoat has several remarkable properties which make it suitable for the treatment of cars, both modern and classic.
Although designed for coating polished or painted aircraft aluminium, it will also provide a high level of scratch-resistance for car panels, and removes the need for regular polishing.
Siloxycoat will restore the colour to many different types of paint on older and classic cars - the colour and finish will then be protected long-term, and be much easier to maintain.
Alloy wheels can be treated to keep them in 'as new' condition. The hard ceramic finish is the ultimate barrier against the effects of salt, brake dust and road grit, making the wheels easy to keep clean.
It can also be used for treating plastic, restoring colour to the surface of UV damaged light lenses, as well as making them resistant to scratching and further UV degradation. Fragile acrylic or polycarbonate windows will also benefit.
